The individual in this role would provide knowledgeable, day-to-day, client support for some of the top brands in sports and some of the nation's leading universities.   The objective is to manage and maintain the ongoing relationship between the client and the firm tracking project progress, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing answers, offering recommendations and growing the business.  The Account Manager has intimate knowledge of the client, project and firm and is both an intentional listener and resourcefully creative when approaching possible solutions to customer needs. The Account Manager is able to integrate the needs of all stakeholders (client and firm) to maintain a productive and deepening relationship that leads to ongoing revenue and client satisfaction.  This self starter will have a degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field and with 3-5 years of account management/development in the Business to Business world.

Key Functions:

Relationship Management

Develop a relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

 

Project Management

Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal Advent teams.

As a part of a team resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

 

Sales Support

Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement. 

Focused on the the annual quota for opportunities as designated.
